Mr. Harmon Arroyo |
| Mr. Arroyo has had extensive experience creating and directing education and community outreach programs for both state and federal agencies, as well as for public and private school systems. He has worked as a program delivery consultant to non-profit foundations and state associations. Throughout, he has specialized in bringing divergent groups, organizations, businesses and government agencies together in constructive, innovative and beneficial partnerships. |
| As a catalyst and liaison, Mr. Arroyo has learned the importance of evaluating strengths and potential liabilities in preparation for uncovering targeted needs and matching those needs with clearly articulated solutions. Such evaluations have served as the basis for quickly determining common ground and cultivating mutual trust and collaborative working relations. |
| Mr. Arroyo holds a degree in Education from Western Oregon University and received training as a writer through the University of Iowa Writer’s Workshop. Over the course of his career, he has played such diverse roles as professional songwriter and studio musician, small business owner, educator, foundation executive director, state-wide program director, environmental education consultant and published writer. He is presently working on two books: one, a philosophy and primer of human cultural. |
